The Link and Learn for 2009 (Tax Year 2008) is not yet available. Estimated times for when they are available in the past have been incorrect and led to disappointment on the part of students.

http://www.vita-volunteers.org/ has a link to the currently available course for 2008 (for 2007 Tax Year) which you may want to check out. However, if you go through it now, please note that certification is not valid for the 2008 Tax Year.
